Thank you for your patience, we can now confirm the issue with AWS (Amazon Web Services) has been resolved on. The issue was caused by unexpected downtime from their end, causing issues in all of our products and services.
We will investigate options of hosting our app across multiple regions. Currently, all our services have fail safes, but they all are isolated within a single region. The feasibility of this is yet to be confirmed due to data regulations in different geographies.
Orders which have our attributes applied will be processed shortly as our servers catch up. We are expecting all orders to be processed within the next hour or so, if they do not process, please reach out to our team on support@zapiet.com. Orders without our attributes will not be processed.
AWS appears to have resolved their issue. We are continuing to test all services to ensure full integrity. Once resolved, we will advise via this channel.
We are seeing news that AWS has resolved their issues and services are beginning to recover. We continue to monitor the situation and will advise when the issue is fully resolved.
AWS services continue to have an outage that is affecting our applications, we will update this as soon as there is a resolution.
