We’re currently investigating an issue where some users encounter a “Failed to fetch orders” error when attempting to open a specific order in the POS view orders tile.
Our team is actively working to identify the cause and implement a fix. We’ll provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, please view and manage orders from the Shopify admin (green Shopify app).
