Our Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code app should now be generating rates as intended. Our team is currently looking into the problem of the app not loading on mobile devices.
The Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code app interface is now back online on desktop. We're investigating the mobile view still. We're also preparing a permanent fix for the rates issue. In the meantime, a manual fix for rates can be triggered by changing the currency in your Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code app Settings, and then changing it back again to the original currency. After checking that the rates are now generating, any temporary backup rates added can be removed.
We've identified a possible cause and are currently working on a potential fix.
We are currently investigating an issue with the Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code app interface not loading, and rates not generating in checkout. Only some merchants appear to be affected. As a workaround, please add a temporary backup rate to your Shopify shipping and delivery settings while we work on the issue.
