We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it. As mentioned in the previous message, the issue is shown on stores that pickup slot limits enabled. For the moment, we recommend that you disable pickup slot limits to ensure that your preparation times are respected.
We have narrowed down the cause of the issue. It currently appears that when Pickup Slot Limits are enabled, there is a knock on effect that disrupts the pickup preparation time. Our development team are actively working on a resolution to this issue. Meanwhile, to ensure that preparation times are observed, we recommend that you disable the pickup slot limits functionality of the app.
We are currently investigating an issue that sees pickup preparation time in minutes and hours are not being respected. Prep times in days are working as expected. We are working on the root cause of this issue and will post regular updates here.
