We've resolved the core issue, the Orders tab in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery should now be accessible. Tagging, notifications and Last Mile Delivery issues are also resolved going forward. Any orders that were not processed correctly will be automatically reprocessed shortly.
We have identified that the issue with Orders will also temporarily affect order processing, including tagging, notifications, and Last Mile Delivery integrations. We are working as fast as we can to resolve this issue. Please note the ability for your customers to place orders is not affected.
We are receiving reports that the Orders tab is not loading orders inside Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery. We are currently investigating and will publish an update as soon as possible. The ability for customers to place orders should not be affected.
