We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. There may be a small delay in LMD orders being process but none have been lost and all have been reprocessed.
In additional to the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) page within the app it appears the external 'Partners Panel' is affected by the same outage. The issue continues to be isolated to the LMD services of the app with all other components unaffected. Our development team are aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
We continue to explore the cause of the issue. If you have navigated to the LMD Partners page and then tried to load a further page you may see other pages within the app fail to load. Simply exit the app to your Shopify admin and reload the desired page, avoiding the LMD page, and the app will load as expected.
We are currently seeing reports of an issue that sees the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Partner page of our app see slow load times. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and will provide an update as soon as we can. All other areas of the app, receiving and processing orders remain unaffected.
