The issue has now been resolved.
Currently you may not be able to add new product date restrictions or add specific products to your locations within Store Pickup + Delivery. This is caused by a widespread Shopify issue. We have reported the issue to Shopify and they are currently investigating and working on a solution. They were unable to provide an ETA. We will do everything we can from our-side to expedite a solution.
Note: We are hearing reports from other app developers that this issue is also effecting their solutions.
