We are currently seeing issues where shipping rates are not generated from the Delivery Rates by Distance app. We are investigating the cause ASAP. During this time we suggest that you add a manual shipping rate to Shopify's shipping settings to ensure that your customers can checkout. We will update this page as and when information becomes available.
