Freshdesk have resolved their SSL issue and the help centre should be able to be access as normal. As mentioned in previous updates during the outage there was no affect on the operation of our core applications, simply the help articles that support them, so no orders, shipping rates or themes should have been affected in any way.
Freshdesk continue to work on the issue. As mentioned in the previous update there is zero impact to the functionality of our apps, just to the support articles. We continue to push Freshdesk for an expedited resolution.
Our third party support software provider Freshdesk is currently experiencing an outage relating to their SSL certificates which in turn is having a knock on effect as to the availability of our helpdesk at https://support.zapiet.com/
This issue is isolated only to the helpdesk and we are not seeing any issues with our core applications. All of our apps are currently functioning as expected.
