The affected order processing server has fully recovered. We’re still investigating the cause and we will do everything we can to prevent this issue from happening again.

It seems like one of our order processing servers had a bit of a backlog. We just gave it a nudge, and we anticipate things going back to normal in around 30 minutes.

We’re investigating reports of issues with order processing. This includes tagging, emails that come from Zapiet, and orders showing up in Store Pickup + Delivery. From what we can tell, not all stores will be impacted by the issue.
If you are affected, please manage your orders from the Shopify Orders page until the issue is resolved, as this does not impact ability to check out.
