The issue is now resolved. It was caused by a server issue that we have now fixed. We have a plan to prevent this from happening in the future, and we will be implementing it next week.
If you've added the carrier in Shopify shipping and delivery settings as a workaround, it can now be removed. All the rates should be generating through Store Pickup + Delivery correctly now. Please test on your end to make sure it's working properly.

We’re investigating reports of rates from carriers integrated into Store Pickup + Delivery not working. Please note that rates generated by Store Pickup + Delivery are working normally—you could see the issue only if you have other apps integrated into Store Pickup + Delivery > Rates.
If you are affected, please add these carriers to your Shopify Shipping profile:
If you’re using Delivery Rates by Distance or Delivery Rates by Zip Code, please make sure you Enable it in each app’s settings.
