We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it. Shipping rates should start to flow to most stores but we still recommend that your retain a static rate until we have the issue fully resolved.
We are currently investigating an issue with our US shipping rate servers not returning a rate to Shopify's checkout. We advise that you ad a manual rate to Shopify's shipping settings until we determine the case of the issue.
