We’re investigating reports of rates working intermittently.

Our preliminary investigation points to the issue being related to the Shopify Carrier Service API, as other apps seem to be affected too.

We’re working with Shopify and other app partners to better understand the issue. We will update the status page as soon as we know more.

For now we recommend you manually add a rate within Shopify until the issue is resolved.
