We've resolved the incident and you should be able to access your orders perfectly again. The issue was caused by surpassing our max allowed simultaneous connections due to unprecedented demand. Customers and checkout were not effected by this issue. Thanks for your patience.

We have identified an issue that may cause orders not to load within your Dashboard. We are looking into it and will report back as soon as possible.
We've fixed the core issue. You should now be able to access and administrate your pickup and delivery orders without issue.

We are currently aware of an intermittent issue that might prevent the orders processed by the Store Pickup + Delivery app showing instantly in the order dashboard. Our engineers are working to diagnose the issue. There is zero impact to your customer's ability to place orders. We will update this as soon as we have more information.
