We've confirmed where the problem is, we are working with one of our third-party service providers to get a resolution to the issue ASAP. In the short term, we do not recommend any settings are changed within the app to prevent potential saving issues. We continue to work aggressively on this as a P0 priority issue and will provide updates as and when they are available.
