We have now resolved this issue.
We received notice of an issue where rates were not generating correctly from the Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code app, and the app dashboard was prompting merchants to re-approve the subscription charge.
This was an unforeseen effect of a deployment to fix an earlier unrelated error, and we have now deployed a fix for this issue too.
