The rates issue has now been resolved, rates from delivery rates by zipcode should now appear at checkout as expected. Shopify appears to be having some network issues which may result in errors when trying to open the delivery rates by zipcode app, we are hoping this will be resolved shortly.

As a temporary workaround to ensure customers can complete checkout, we suggest placing a static shipping rate into your Shopify shipping settings

If you are unsure how to create a static shipping rate, follow this simple guide from Shopify:

We are currently investigating the "500 Server error" that appears when trying to access the "Zones and Rates" page within Delivery Rates By Zipcode. Rates will not be affected by this issue. We will provide updates here as soon as this issue has been resolved.
