In AWS' latest status update [https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status], they’ve reported significant signs of recovery. Our apps are now operational, though you may still experience some delays as AWS continues to process the backlog.
We’re currently experiencing an app outage due to issues with our hosting provider, AWS (Amazon Web Services). This may affect key functionalities such as placing orders and retrieving rates.

Our support partner and help center are also affected, which may result in delays in response times. While AWS works to restore services, you may wish to temporarily disable our app embed from your current theme to prevent checkout issues. You can also set up temporary rates directly in Shopify to allow customers to continue placing orders.
