We are currently seeing a delay between our inbound email systems and our ticket management software resulting in delays to tickets being created. There is zero impact to any of our apps functionality, orders or merchants checkouts.

Our live chat function inside the app remains fully functional, social media and telephone support are also unaffected!

We are actively working on this and will post updates as soon as the issue is resolved!
