We are continuing to notice a slow down in order tagging, notifications and last mile delivery integrations. This is caused by delayed notifications (webhooks) from Shopify. Shopify have confirmed that they have identified the issue and working on a resolution. We will do everything we can to assist them with getting things back up to speed.
We've fixed the core issue, and orders are now processing and tagging correctly. Please allow a little time for our system to catch up on the backlog of orders.
