Temporary issue generating rates

Shortly ago we deployed a major update to our Delivery Rates by Zip Code app. This update provides the foundation for a number of new and exciting features we are working on. One in which we released today is the ability to support multi-language rate names and descriptions. Unfortunately we experienced an unexpected knock-on effect from this update which caused rates to sporadically stop generating.

As soon as the issue was identified we worked as fast as possible to implement a fix. That fix has now been deployed along with a number of additional automated tests to ensure this can't happen again.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused you, but trust you will enjoy our new features as and when they are released.
