We're upgrading our support services on Wednesday 19th of February and will be switching our third-party provider of support software. Although there will be zero downtime to the app and business services, support requests sent to a based email address will no longer be serviced from Friday 21st of February, all requests should be directed to [email protected].

Phone, help centre and live chat services remain unaffected.
