We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. We are monitoring front and back end services but orders should now be continuing to flow onto your store.
Back-end admin services are returning but will remain slow. We are still working on front end services and will post updates as soon as we have them.
The root cause of the issue has been identified and we are working on a fix as fast as possible. Front end services on your cart page will continue to be slower, in the region of 30 seconds+ until a full fix is in place.
