We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
It appears no data has been lost, and we can now restore access to merchants on an individual basis. We are working through a list of affected merchants to restore their apps settings ASAP. More updates to follow.
We have located the root cause of the issue and our development team continue to work on restoring the misaligned data. Updates to follow.
We are currently investigating an issue where merchants that have accepted new charges see their settings reset inside of Delivery Rates by Distance. Our development team are actively working on finding the cause of this issue and restoring the settings that have been reset. We will update this post regularly with new information as it becomes available.
