We have isolated the issue to a small batch of pickup notification emails and a fix has been applied. We are monitoring the fix and actively engaging with affected merchants to push through any missed notifications.
We're currently investigating an issue where internal notifications to individual outlets may not receive their internal notification emails. We will post updates as soon as the root cause is identified. All emails initiated via Shopify such as customer Pickup Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails will be delivered as per normal.
