We are currently investigating an issue impacting Last Mile Delivery (LMD) orders.
Potentially affected:
Retrieving updated statuses from LMD carriers
Order fulfillment flows tied to carrier status updates
Notifications triggered by carrier status changes
Orders are still being successfully sent to carriers. However, when carriers update the delivery status, those updates are not currently being reflected in our system.
Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
