We’re currently experiencing an issue where our app’s modals are failing to connect with Shopify. This is affecting multiple app features that rely on modals, including editing orders, creating or editing rates, product date restrictions, and product-specific preparation times, among others.
As a workaround, merchants can use the Shopify mobile app or POS app to perform these actions while we investigate the issue.
