We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Our carrier integrations are back functioning as expected. It appears we had a bottle neck caused by slow responses times from UPS. We have made a number of infrastructure and technical changes to ensure we better handle these situations in the future. We highly recommend you enable fallback rates at the bottom of your Rates settings page. So that if there is a connectivity issue with your chosen carrier your fallback rates will be displayed.
