We've confirmed where the problem is, we are working with one of our third-party service providers to get a resolution to the issue ASAP. In the short term, we do not recommend any settings are changed within the app to prevent potential saving issues. We continue to work aggressively on this as a P0 priority issue and will provide updates as and when they are available.

We are currently experiencing some degraded performance for certain merchants for the following services:

  • Distance Validation - Driving distance/As the crow flies
  • Saving settings in the admin of the app
  • Selecting a new plan

This is not currently affecting the processing of orders via the front end of stores. We are aggressively investigating the cause and will provide updates throughout the investigation process.
