Missing Attributes in Orders Affecting Confirmation Emails and Integrated Services

We’ve identified a problem where some of our app's attributes are randomly being dropped from orders. Not all merchants are affected, only a handful seem to be. This issue affects only some orders and is causing order confirmation emails to be sent without our app's details and integrated services are not receiving the necessary information.

We have contacted Shopify, and they are currently investigating the issue. In the meantime, we have a backup tool that restores missing attributes based on the Zapiet ID; however, this restoration happens after order confirmation emails have been sent and after the orders are sent to integrated services.

If you are affected, please reach out to our team, and we can provide an additional backup script that helps with ensuring that orders are created with all of our app's attributes.
