We've implemented a solution and rates are now generating perfectly on all stores. We will continue to monitor things over the next couple of hours before updating the status to resolved.

We have received communication that some changes on Shopify's end will be made soon that should help resolve this issue. We are waiting on the deployment of these changes to re-test the functionality. Updates will continue to be posted here as they become available.

We have identified the issue the cause of the issue, there appears to have been a change in the way that Shopify sends product weights to third party apps via the carrier service API. We are working hard with Shopify on a resolution to this issue. As and when we have an update available it will be posted here.

We are continuing to work on the solution to the shipping/pickup/delivery rates generating at the checkout. We continue to suspect the issue relates to the downtime that Shopify is currently experiencing and our engineers are working as hard as possible to confirm this. We will provide another update when more information becomes available.

We continue to investigate the cause but have unconfirmed reports of third party apps on the app store having outages from Shopify's carrier service. We are urgently reaching out to our contacts at Shopify and other partners to confirm if this could be the cause of the similar issues here at Zapiet.

We are currently still investigating the root cause of the rates issue at checkout. Shopify are seeing network issues causing 503 errors which could be related to the issue, our development team are currently working determining if this is related. Our current estimated time of resolution is expected to be in the range 3 - 4 hours, as and when updates become available they will be posted here.

Should you be seeing rates issues at checkout our recommended workaround is to place a static shipping rate into your Shopify shipping settings.
