We've now resolved the incident. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will be sending an email out to all merchants tomorrow (Friday 23rd April) detailing our recent incidents and what we are doing to stop them from happening going forward.
We are currently experiencing degraded performance with effects both the admin and widget. We are actively working to resolve the issue.
