The issue has been resolved and we appreciate your patience. Our Order Dashboard is now functioning properly, allowing you to view and handle your orders.
Our Development team has identified the problem and we've fixed the core issue, we are waiting for things to recover on all affected stores. If you notice any issues with your orders please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
At the moment, we are facing technical challenges with loading orders on our Order Dashboard. Our development team is actively looking into the matter and working towards a solution as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend using the Shopify Order Dashboard to manage your orders.
