The issue has been resolved by Shopify, and you should now be able to access and make changes to the Shopify shipping profile as expected.

Some stores may encounter a 500 error when attempting to open a shipping profile in Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery.

We’ve contacted Shopify, and they’ve confirmed this is an issue on their end. Their team is actively working on a fix. We’ll share more updates as soon as we have them.
